Welcome to Umami Japanese cuisine restaurant! Umami Sushi was created by Collin and Candy in 2010. We want to make dishes that give people pleasure, not just to fill the stomach. Evan Lin working as the executive sushi chef at Umami Sushi. With over ten years of working experience in Sushi, Sashimi, Nigri, and Maki. Chef Evan is passionate about giving delicious and unforgettable dining experience with his developed skill.

We were a party of four for birthday celebrations and we all enjoyed our meals. Very good quality sushi and sashimi and reasonable prices. Bento boxes were excellent, and a lot of food. Highly recommend.

The staff is incredibly sweet and accommodating. I went as a party of 4 for an Omakase dinner. We were blown away by our talented sushi chef. I tried many new things during our 13 peice meal. We will definitely be returning soon, and I highly recommend it.
